I had suffered from eating disorder, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts due to the conflict between mother and myself for ten years. Yoga has taught me to love myself as I am and I’ve recovered from those suffering. I’ve started to live my life as it is since then. I’ve moved to Australia in 2011. I live in Barallat now with my husband and son.

I met yoga in Shanghai in 2010 and I’ve been fascinated by it since then. I have experience of Hatha yoga, Ying yoga, Iyengar yoga, and meridian yoga. I live in Japan since 2015. I want to live my life with yoga from now on and to contribute to the wellness of the people I meet through yoga. I am looking forward to contributing to spread the concept of MEDCAREYOGA across the border.
